Identifying and harnessing interesting investment opportunities is our mission and objective. We focus exclusively on attractive long-term investment environments, identified at an early stage through our research activities. In particular, we focus on regions where the population growth and an optimal economic situation offer sustainable growth prospects.

Our acquisition strategy

The lifecycle of a property comprises many stages, which we consider as a whole. As experienced asset managers, we plan, manage, and implement targeted measures designed to add value, while keeping the entire property portfolio in mind. The aim is always to increase value and optimise returns.

The real estate portfolio is divided into two segments:

Core portfolio:
The core portfolio covers properties rented for high yields that are to be held and managed in the company’s portfolio for the longer term. Properties in the core segment are let on a long-term basis to tenants with strong financial standing and have a high occupancy rate.

Value-added portfolio
Properties in the value-added portfolio typically are those that were acquired at favourable prices, e.g., as part of package purchases, and/or where we have identified potential for value appreciation that can be realised by enacting appropriate measures (such as optimising the usage concept, refurbishment, or optimising the occupancy rate) in the short to medium term and through sale.

We are always looking for new properties that we can purchase, develop and improve, then lease, in order to expand our portfolio. These properties may be refurbished, partially refurbished, or even entirely unrenovated spaces from the various asset groups – the main thing is that they have potential.

Our investment profile is easy to explain: The goal is to sustainably increase the value and yield of our portfolio. To achieve this, we pursue an active acquisition strategy. As experts in the real estate market, we invest in properties with room for optimisation, at the right time and in the right location. We are always looking for potential real estate investments and real estate portfolios to add to our portfolio.
